What happens if you cancel

Your data leaves with you.

Cancellation is a button, not a phone call. When you cancel, we stop calls immediately. Within 30 days, every transcript, recording, summary, and account detail is permanently deleted from our systems.

Calls stop the moment you cancel — no last-day charges.
You can export your full history before deletion (PDF + audio).
Care Circle invitations are revoked automatically.
Full data deletion within 30 days, confirmed by email.

Pricing FAQ

Quick answers.

Do I need a credit card to start?: No. The 14-day trial doesn't require a card. We only ask for payment when you choose to continue.
What if my parent doesn't consent?: Then no calls happen and you're never charged. The trial only counts down once daily check-ins have actually begun.
Can I add a second parent later?: Yes. Each additional parent is billed at the same monthly rate. Family discounts available for 3 or more.
How long are recordings kept?: On the Family plan, 90 days. You can also choose to disable recordings entirely while keeping written summaries.
