Terms of Service

DailyCheck Care is a non-clinical wellness check-in service. It is not a medical service, emergency response system, or substitute for healthcare professionals. In an emergency, dial 911 (or your local equivalent).

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You may only invite a care recipient who is capable of consent or for whom you hold legal authority. The care recipient must independently consent before any check-in calls begin.

You agree not to use the service to harass, surveil, or contact anyone without their knowing consent. Misuse is grounds for immediate termination.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. The 14-day trial does not begin until the care recipient consents and check-ins commence. You can cancel at any time from account settings.

Either party may end the agreement at any time. Upon termination, calls cease immediately, and we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

The service is provided 'as is.' We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallSafe Inc.'s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
