1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your account details (name, email, phone, billing), the contact information of your loved one (name, phone, time zone, preferred call time), and the names and contact details of Care Circle members.

We collect information generated through service use: call logs, transcripts, summaries, optional recordings, and notification delivery records.

2. How we use information

To deliver the service: place check-in calls, transcribe responses, generate summaries, and send notifications.

To improve quality: aggregate, de-identified usage analytics. We do not train AI models on your family's recordings or transcripts.

For account, billing, and support communications.

3. Sharing

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from account settings. We confirm full deletion within 30 days. The care recipient has independent rights to access, correct, or delete their information.
